We oppose the plans for an 18-storey tower on the corner of Culvert Road.

This is the wrong place for a tall block containing 213 tiny flats.

This overbearing development will spoil local people’s views and block their light. The architecture is not in keeping with the low-rise Victorian character of Battersea Park Road. It doesn’t comply with the London Plan or Wandsworth council policy on tall buildings – and there will be zero affordable housing for local people.

Labour councillors Tony Belton, Simon Hogg and Kate Stock will present this petition to Wandsworth council.

Stop the 213-flat tower block on Culvert Road
